Satec can provide various types of pilot and containerised plants for renting or purchasing.
Dissolved Air Flotation Unit 2m3/hr: This small DAF plant is intended for small flow rates or as a demonstration unit to finalise the design for a larger unit.
Continuous Clarifier 50m3/hr: This is a large unit for treationg water for suspended solids removal when a small plant footprint is required.
Demineraliser DM62F 2m3/hr: The skid mounted unit is a co-current, two vessel, demineraliser with automatic regeneration from acid and caustic carboys
Pressure Filter FNSA60 3.6m3/hr: This is an automatic media filter for suspended solids removal or with a different media can act as an iron removal or neutralising filter.
Reverse Osmosis Unit RO013 1m3/hr: This is a skid mounted reverse osmosis unit, cmplete with its own high pressure pump. The feed water would require other filtration / softening equipment for other than trial / demonstration purposes.
Complete water treatment containerised plants are provided in either 20' or 40' containers and are ready for operation. Only power and the raw water need be provided. |
